Your private hire fee covers the agreed use of the venue and facilities detailed in your booking confirmation. Any additional services, drinks packages, entertainment or extras will be confirmed with you before your booking is finalised.

The private hire fee/deposit is payable to secure your chosen date and is normally non-refundable if you cancel as we may turn away other bookings and incur costs in reserving the venue for your event. However, we will always apply our cancellation terms fairly and in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. We will not seek to retain more than is reasonably required to cover losses or costs arising from your cancellation, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your date, guest numbers or booking requirements. We’ll do our best to accommodate reasonable changes, subject to availability and our booking terms. Any changes or cancellations will be dealt with in accordance with the terms provided when your booking is confirmed.
